Built in 1933, Tianqiaole Teahouse offers you a truly traditional experience. The teahouse was built in imitation of ancient architecture with a stage at its front. The teahouse is furnished with dozen or so big wooden tables and chairs. Girls dressed in traditional Qipao serve traditional Beijing snacks, old Beijing cuisine, and tea. Tianqiaole Teahouse also boasts wonderful performances of Peking Opera, acrobatics, hard Qigong, juggling, mask dances, comic shows, and much more. To really experience ancient Chinese culture guests must pay for services in ancient coins obtained at the cashier.
