I went there for 2 years to study Chinese at the International college where foreign students study Chinese, unfortunately the standard of the college have declined. Smoking is tolerated, students smoke as they please in the toilets, in their rooms, the lobby and the cafeteria at the lobby. No teacher or staff tell and stop the students from smoking even they see them already. There was one day I told the staff at the reception to stop a student from smoking at that time, he said he couldn't and he didn't want to do it. Everyday I went to class, I smell and inhale cigarette smoke, I felt sick everyday. The teaching is very good but at the cost of your health comin to this school. Such a shame. Even the other buildings apart from our college, also filled with cigarette smoke. Staff and school just have no enforcement. What a pity.
