Xinjiang cuisine. Its mutton skewer is amazing, adequate fat and meat, oily but not too greasy; sautéed meat with naan smells delicious, both its meat and naan are flaky, and has strong cumin flavor; other dishes are also quite authentic. Since it’s located by Beijing Language and Culture University (BLCU), most of its customers are foreign and local professors and students; the shop is always full with people, and sometimes you have to wait if you are rather late.
